We have specialist equipment and qualifications for:

assessment of surface cleanliness, including ionic contamination (salts) in accordance with PN-EN ISO 8501-1 and 2 and PN-EN ISO 8502-3 and 9
assessment of roughness profile in accordance with PN-EN ISO 8503 (parts 2, 3, 4)
assessment of surface pretreatment works in accordance with PN-EN ISO 8501-3
measurement of paint coating thickness on both magnetic (carbon steel) and non-magnetic (alloy steel, aluminum) substrates. We measure wet and dry coatings up to 6 mm thick. We measure DUPLEX coatings by assessing the thickness of the zinc coating and paint coating at a given measurement point.
coating porosity tests using low and high voltage methods
coating adhesion using the following methods:
sross cut test (PN-EN 2409 and PN-EN ISO 16276-2)
"X" cut test (PN-EN ISO 16276-2)
"pull off" (PN-EN ISO 4624 and PN-EN ISO 16276-1)
evaluation of coating defects and determining the most probable causes of their occurrence
